BiFS

Binary Format for Scenes (BiFS) is a special scene description language that is part of MPEG-4. The BiFS language not only describes where and when an object appears in the scene, but it can also describe its behavior, e.g. to make an object spin or make two videos do a cross fade. It is even possible to make the behavior conditional on user input.
