Non Interference Basis (NIB)

Non Interference Basis (NIB) is the shared use of a frequency band for a certain application together with other specified users, under the specific conditions that:

1. no protection from harmful interference from the other specified users is given, and
2. causing harmful interference to the other specified users is prohibited.
