SAB/SAP

Services Ancillary to Broadcasting (SAB) are applications to support the activities of broadcast service companies carried out in the production of their programme material.

Services Ancillary to Programme making (SAP) are applications to support the activities carried out in the making of 'programmes', such as film making, advertisements, corporate videos, concerts, theatre and similar activities not initially meant for broadcasting to the general public.

The term PMSE (Programme Making and Special Events) is also used to describe the combination of these applications.
