WTSA

The The World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly (WTSA) defines general policy, adopts working methods and procedures for ITU-T and establishes the topics for study by the ITU T study groups which, in turn, produce Recommendations on these topics. The WTSA meets every four years. The WTSA is responsible for the approval of these ITU-T Recommendations.
